To be a mother:
you are proud to call your own
that always puts your needs first
you can look up to
who makes time for tea parties and ice cream dates
you will miss when I'm gone
you can share your secrets with
not a smotherer
that shows you you're important more than you're told
This list is no way inclusive, but it's a start. I don't want either one of us to regret any of our time spent together. And I will do my best to make sure that that doesn't happen.
